How is MANAGEMENT-TOOLKIT™ different from any other search engines?
MANAGEMENT-TOOLKIT™ is different because it only has information that is relevant to those individuals seeking business and management information. The over 4,000 links represent content on the Internet that is directly related to specific topics such as business planning, time management, interviewing employees, and hundreds of other topics. In a regular search, you will only find articles that have been picked up by the Internet and not those articles or forms that reside on a server where the link is several layers down in the website. We have visited each of the websites and have actually extracted the specific link to the article or section that is in the database. You are taken to the specific article containing the information you are seeking and not to the site where you then have to click several layers to find your content. For example, many publicly traded companies can be found in the database. We link you not to the home page, as all other search engines do, but to the Investor section of each site. This is the only part of the website where the management team has to “write off” on the content as being accurate.
Who is MANAGEMENT-TOOLKIT™ designed for?
It is interesting that business and management techniques are similar for small, medium and large organizations so there is content that is related to all of these. In addition, there are specific links for start-up and small businesses that relate to everyday issues facing smaller organizations. Examples include how to write a policy and procedure manual; 2000 interview questions; sales, marketing and advertising ideas; financial calculators; hundreds of sample business plans and the list goes on and on. Medium and larger organizations, including those with mid-level management positions, have access to content related to time management; how to implement change within an organization; strategic planning ideas; benchmarking data and hundreds of management models and theories. If you are in business or management, you will find MANAGEMENT-TOOLKIT™ to be a valuable resource.
